Is now welcoming new demonstrators from the UK , Holland, Austria, Germany and France.

Now is a great time to join Stampin’ Up as they have introduced new career plan changes, one of which is the reduced quarterly minimum sales requirement. The new quarterly minimum sales target is just £225 to remain an active (This is made up of the net figure, actual catalogue product price to be sold/purchased is £270). Your first minimum needs to be reached by the end of the next full quarter, this means if you join mid quarter you actually have till the end of the next quarter to reach your minimum. This average was created as the average demonstration will create sales in the region if £225.
When you sign up as an Independent Demonstrator you purchase a great value starter kit which costs just £99 and the goods are in the starter kit are worth in excess of £175. The new kit is fully customisable which means that you can choose ANY items of your choice to the value of £130 to make up your kit. You will also receive a business supplies pack (valued at £45) and there are no shipping charges when you purchase the starter kit. There is also an incentive that means you can get your starter kit investment money back!
Once registered as a demonstrator you gain access to the demo website which has lots of ideas, resources and incentives. This is where you will be able to process your own orders and see your commissions etc. The first order you place within your first 45 days of signing up must exceed £150+ but you will be eligible for a 30% discount (this is instead of the normal 20%) so another fantastic deal to purchase items at a huge discount!!
Within the first 6 months there is also an incentive program allowing you to  earn free stamp sets of your choice as you reach certain sales goals and recruiting goals.
Stampin' Up! cardAll orders that you place will receive 20% discount off the net product total – this 20% is your commission. (Take 20% off the catalogue product price to calculate the net figure) You can earn additional commissions the more sales you make in a month and any extra commission payments are calculated at the end of the month and paid direct in the bank account of your choice half-way through the following month.
As a member of my team, I will give you access to a dedicated blog just for my team. This recourse will help you with ideas and projects, ordering incentives and tips for boosting your business. Most of this information will be in the monthly team newsletter too. You can also join the private team facebook page.
So, you still fancy it? You really can do as little or as much as you like – if you are serious about making this your business and earning good money, this is the perfect opportunity. Or maybe you are a stamper and crafter, and want to just sell to friends and family or feed your crafty habit, the choice is yours. Obviously I will support you as help you as much as I can, but will NEVER pressurise you.

Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
Stampin' Up! cardWhat will I do as a demonstrator?
You will share your love of paper crafting, creating cards, gifts or scrapbook pages with family and friends. You can do this through running home workshops, classes, events or even on a one to one basis. If you choose to, you will also help others enjoy the fun and flexibility of running their own Stampin’ Up! business.
Will I receive support and training as a demonstrator?
By joining, you will become part of my team and I’ll provide you with all the help and support you need but you also get support from Stampin’ Up! too:
  • A password protected demonstrator website which has lots of resources, patterns, template libraries and an on-line ordering system.
  • A full colour monthly magazine called Impressions with creative and business ideas just for demonstrators.
  • A free phone number to contact the knowledgeable and friendly Demonstrator Support team.
  • An achievable incentive program for income and awards if you choose to aspire to them.
  • Regular local field training dates throughout the year.
How will I make money as a demonstrator?
Since customers pay you directly, you will keep 20% of each order placed at the time of payment, this is called “Instant Income”. You can earn additional money through Volume Rebates when your monthly sales are £200 and above. If you build a team, you can also earn monthly downline overrides as well.
Stampin' Up! cardDo people really make money at this?
YES!! Depending on how much time you want to put into “your” business, you can make whatever income you desire! It is totally up to you!
Do I have to recruit other demonstrators?
Of course not!! Having a downline is not a requirement, it is a perk - we have the opportunity to earn a commission based on our Downline’s sales! However, it is also a responsibility. You will need to support your team and give them training to help them achieve their goals.

What are the minimum sales requirements?
To renew your Demonstrator Benefits, you will need to sell a minimum of £270 (catalogue price) every three months. Most demonstrators find that this goal can be reached in one or two workshops per quarter – or with their own purchases. Your first quarter target doesn’t start until the quarter following the quarter that you join. i.e. if you join on 1 October, you do not have to have met your first minimum target until 31 MARCH!! – so it can actually be nearly six months to start with.
What if I only want to do this as a hobby? Do I still have to do workshops?
Absolutely not!! Stampin’ Up! supports all demonstrators in the same way, regardless of how big or small their business is - you only need to do workshops if you want to. You can put in your own orders or collect orders from family & friends.

Do I have to hold stocks of product?
No. You will only order items when someone places an order and pays you in advance, so you won’t need to keep stock of products and no chasing payment either.
How much does it cost to get started?
The Starter Kit is only £99 for a total of £175 of product. This kit is customisable (choose £130 of products of your own choice and then you'll also get a Business Supplies pack (catalogues, order forms etc) to get your business up and running. You do not need anything else apart from your Starter Kit to be able to begin workshops straight away.
What if I decide it’s not for me once I’ve started? Will I be penalised if I quit?
You simply stop placing orders. If you don’t meet the minimum quarterly requirement, you just “resign” - no questions asked! Well, apart from to check that you are okay :).

What kind of incentives will I receive as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator?
As a new demonstrator, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited free stamp sets during your first six months for your sales and recruiting achievements.
You receive a 30% instant income on your first workshop order of £150 or more if you place it within 45 days of signing up.
You have the ability to be your own “hostess” and earn free hostess sets and products on your own personal orders or orders that you collect from others.

You can also work to achieve the annual incentive trips, Stampin’ Up! gives you lots of opportunity to achieve the trip through either sales and promotions of your team or both - it really is achievable!
Where do I get ideas for my workshops?
Stampin’ Up! has many resources for demonstrators, including the Idea Book & Catalogue, a great monthly magazine, a fantastic website for demonstrators only, a DVD in the starter kit, and much more. You will also have my help and support too.

Are there any Stampin’ Up! events that I can attend as a new demonstrator?
Yes, Field Training Events happen a couple of times throughout the year. You also get to go to the annual convention which is next held in November 2012 in Mainz, Germany! I will also run regular  meetings with my team and bi-monthly conference calls which are great fun and it is great to meet up with like minded people who understand whether in person or over the phone.
